Remote Technology Project Manager (LATAM)

Role Summary:

We are looking to hire a Technology Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is able to complete multiple projects on schedule, within budget, and while developing and working on the project's scope of work (SOW) and creating function specification documents (FSD). You will be able to control, direct, and develop multiple projects at once, focusing mainly on building tech stacks within the organization. You will need to oversee many departments and workers while arranging and crafting new systems, designs, and strategies and implementing them correctly on a strategic and tactical level.

Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone professional and reliable, someone that can follow through and continue to complete project delivery on time and with great quality. The Technology Project Manager manages upwards strategically to facilitate effective executive and project board governance.

This role is 100% remote work. You’re expected to work full time and independently outside of our weekly meetings and communicate with the team through Slack, ClickUp, Airtable, and Facebook. You can have your own schedule but are expected to be working during regular business hours and be evaluated based on your outputs.


The ideal candidate should have the following hard and soft skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience working with various technology and SaaS products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Proven ability in measuring project performance using appropriate tools, systems, and techniques
  • Technical experience with tools such as (Excel, ClickUp, Zapier, Integromat & more)
  • Ability to see the big picture and build scalable architectures
  • Ability to read and interpret code for web scrapers, APIs, phone applications, and CSS websites
  • Ability to work independently to debug a problem
  • Understanding of e-commerce business objectives
  • Ability to collaborate, build relationships, and adjust to feedback
  • A great personality with a genuine desire to learn and grow

Here are some examples of your expected workload & objectives:

  • Making strategic decisions and providing leadership and direction to project teams to implement those decisions
  • Devising cost-effective plans to enable effective project completion
  • Managing risks to avoid delays or reputational damage
  • Leading kickoff meetings, tracking, and documenting the progress of the projects
  • Work with COO on improving our tech stack to match our long-term company goals
  • Assist in making our member-facing systems more scalable such as implementing SSO for our members to allow for easy utilization of new software and applications
  • Vet, hire, and manage freelancers and contractors as they work on various projects such as app development, web scraping, website development, and database management
  • Improve email, SMS, and other member communication systems
  • Assist in data visualization using JSON and Google Data Studio
  • Vet and assist in the development of code for mobile apps, web scrapers, websites, and more
  • Maintain all automation setup between our current technology platforms via Integromat & Zapier
  • Maintain all formulas and connections in our Airtable database that acts as our member and partner management system
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed under the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating Systems) method
  • Participates in weekly team meetings to update all on current projects and tasks
  • Attend at least one annual member event to fully understand the community, members’ wants, and overall vision
  • Effectively manage own time and prioritize tasks/projects as needed while working remotely

About the Recruitment:

We are looking for a candidate that is ready to start as soon as possible. There are a number of pre-interview documents,  HR Interview, and test tasks that will need to be completed before the final interview with the CEO. If you are chosen for the role, we will provide a contract and expect you to begin within the week. The onboarding will be broken up into 3 periods over 90 days where you will go through training, have your performance tracked, and then be put on our ongoing employment status.
